  • Rapid and slow cure, twin and single pack, low viscosity epoxies with high and low temperature resistance, ideal for coil winding, electronic control and component encapsulation.

  • Two-pack polyurethanes for high impact, though potting applications - fire retardent, moisure resistant, very flexible with good temperature and climatic resistance.

  • Low temperature, free flowing thermoplastic and thermosetting Hot Melts for quick fill, fast cure applications are available.

  • Silicone for where high temperature resistance and flexible finish is required. Single and two part systems available for electronic use, sealing, damping and bonding of components, wire tacking and staking.

  • Cyanoacrylates and Acrylics for the general bonding of components where fast assembly, high strength and durability are required as in adhering of magnets, glass fixtures, rubber and plastic assemblies.

  • Solvent products can be used for bonding flexible films, tamper-proof fixings and other general applications.

  • A selection of Primers is available to help promote adhesives, Activators for pre and post curing applications and debonders for removal.

  • Adhesives for metal, rubber and plastics bonding include structural acrylics, cyanoacrylates, epoxies, epoxy putty, metal filled epoxies, anaerobic and contact adhesives. A range of high bond strength adhesive tape is also available.

  • Gasketing, bearing and thread retention, epoxy putty and metal filled epoxies. Rubber bonding. Trim adhesive. Resorcinol to WPB specifications. Fire retardant and high temperature adhesives.

Products covering most aspects of woodworking available, including general joinery work, laminating, edge banding, membrane pressing and profile wrapping. Also available, epoxies, cyanoacrylate and activators - ask for details of our Azobond Blaster Kit for mitre bonding.

Woodwork

  • Fast Setting, Moisture Resistance to D2 and D3 and upgradable to D4. Products for General assembly, Decorative Laminates. Hardwood chair manufacture, Dowelling etc.

  • Based on EVA or polyurethane and used for edgebanding. Hot Melts with different working temperatures to suit all speeds of machine. Products with high heat and moisture resistance available.

  • Urea Formaldehyde Resins - traditional adhesives for the woodworking industry. Hot and cold press application.

  • Applied at room temperature and cured by moisture in the atmosphere. Open time can be varied by use of water. General purpose for bonding metal, wood and plastic.

  • Adhesives brushable and sprayable for decorative laminates. Adhesives for hot or cold spray systems, High heat resistance. Post forming.

  • Low Odour, medium gel strength pearl glue for traditional woodworking, conservation and restoration work.

  • Rapid and slow cure epoxies for use in general assembly and the erection and construction of buildings and fixings. Pastes for locating plates and pins and for the retention of bolts, screws and fixings. Rigid setting, skimming systems for the eradication of joint movement - these can be trowelled, brushed or injected into position. Compounds for the repair of mortar flooring systems, joints, cracks etc.

  • Products available for use in general assembly, the erection and construction of buildings and fittings. Single part polyurethanes for the repair and structural bonding of fabricated sections to themselves and dissimilar materials.

  • Water based systems available as admixes for plaster, concrete, paint. Wood bonding, fixings etc.

  • Products to lock and seal nuts, bolts and threaded components such as hydraulic fittings, to ensure that they are tamperproof or, that they maintain a constant setting. Anaerobic also available for use as jointing compounds for gasket and flange fittings where ease of use and speed is required.

  • Non-staining, fast setting, easy clean properties, brush, roller and wheel applied - some products can be screened. Handling difficult surfaces such as OPP, UV varnish, acetate, PVC, foil etc.

  • Paper and board bonding, wood, fabrics etc where speed is essential and the substrates are not heat sensitive.

  • Rapid and slow cure, twin-pack systems for Jewellery manufacture, loudspeakers etc. Will bond metals and metal alloys, natural stone, ceramic materials, glass, china and porcelain. Wood, leather, paper and textiles.

  • Toughened structural acrylics with a set time of 5 minutes, capable of providing very high bond strengths. High impact and temperature resistance, flexible adhesion. Bonds metals, plastics, ceramics. Will also bond oily surfaces. Widely used by jewellery manufacturers, dental technicians, Loudspeaker manufacturers and many other industries where bond strength and resilience is required.

  • For bonding leather, suede, fabrics, polyurethane, flexible and rigid PVC, ABS, polyester, solid rubbers, metals. Pond liners, wet and dry suits. Loudspeakers, lampshade trimming. Available flammable and non-flammable, brush able and sprayable.

  • A complete range of cyanoacrylate adhesives is available for the fast bonding of metal, plastic and rubber, wood, leather, paper and many other substrates.
